The published guide price
SENSES offers Personal Retreat and Family & Friends Retreat for preventive health and restoration, in one- or two-week formats. A private villa is reserved for your chosen party, with an individual health program for each participant. In Mallorca, weekly fees start at EUR 60,000 for a private villa and one program participant, plus EUR 30,000 per additional participant. In Zurich, the equivalent weekly fees are CHF 60,000 plus CHF 30,000 per additional participant. Two participants total EUR 90,000 or CHF 90,000 per week, respectively. Children incur no additional accommodation charge; childcare and children’s programs are charged separately. Confirm the scope and cost of accompanying adult guests in the proposal.
What the fee relates to
The model includes private residential delivery, program coordination, personal-chef support and the clinical and restorative services specified in the proposal. The precise diagnostics, consultations and team are selected following review, so a starting price is not an unlimited testing allowance.
Ask for exclusions in writing
Clarify extensive external diagnostics, medicines, exceptional travel or security, companion arrangements and any yacht setting. Confirm taxes, payment currency, deposits, cancellation and postponement terms. Do not assume travel insurance will reimburse a preventive wellness stay.
Compare the full proposal
Compare the same duration and scope across providers. A room price, a resort package and a private one-client clinical program buy different services. Ask who interprets results and owns follow-up after you return. Use the wider retreat-cost checklist.
