Choose by the work to be done
The one-week and two-week options share the same assessment-led logic. They are not separate quality tiers. The question is how much time your priorities, investigations and practical implementation need after clinical review.
One week: clarity and priorities
The shorter format concentrates on relevant assessment, interpretation and an actionable plan. Pre-arrival records matter: the more the team knows about previous results and existing care, the less time is spent duplicating work. Confirm which results will be available before departure.
Two weeks: practice and adjustment
Additional time allows more observation of routines, responses and practical barriers. It may make space for nutrition, movement, sleep and workload changes to be tested together. It does not make complex long-term risks disappear or guarantee lasting improvements.
What both formats should leave you with
Request a written summary, defined priorities, outstanding investigations, referral arrangements and responsibility for reviewing progress. Ask which follow-up services are included and which are separately arranged. Review fees and inclusions before confirming.
