At a glance
The residential experience is temporary; the decisions and routines need to work in ordinary life. Plan the transition while the programme team is still available.
Leave with a clear handover
Ask for results, interpretation, outstanding investigations and a concise action plan. Know who is responsible for referrals and when to contact your own physician. Confirm how you can ask questions after departure.
Choose fewer priorities
Select a small number of actions that fit your budget, work and home environment. Identify what support you already have and what you need to arrange. Recreating an entire resort timetable is rarely a practical goal.
Review without chasing every metric
Agree what to monitor and why. Some changes may take time, and not every number needs continuous tracking. Review whether the plan is helping everyday function and adjust with the appropriate professional.
