At a glance
Start with the change you want from the stay. Then choose the service model, privacy, destination and accommodation that support it. Luxury describes comfort; it does not answer questions about programme fit.
Write a brief before searching
List your main objective, acceptable travel time, available dates, total budget and any non-negotiable needs. Include mobility, food requirements and the degree of clinical support you need. Distinguish essentials from attractive extras.
Ask for comparable proposals
Request accommodation, programme services, meals, transfers, taxes and exclusions in one written quote. Compare the actual number and type of appointments, not only the package name. Ask how the plan changes after arrival.
Make the final choice practical
Read cancellation terms, speak to the programme team and verify availability of specific clinicians or activities. Choose a stay that can produce useful next steps after you return, not just a memorable room.
