A programme organised around you
SENSES brings assessment, preventive medicine and restorative care into a private residential programme dedicated to one client at a time. The emphasis is on understanding your current health and turning that understanding into a practical plan. A residence, dedicated coordinator and personal chef support the work around appointments. This is a different model from booking a room at a shared wellness resort.
What the programme can involve
Following clinical review, the team selects relevant consultations and assessments. Areas can include medical and cardiometabolic health, sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, recovery and cognitive performance. The final proposal should identify the professionals, diagnostic partners and services involved. One-client delivery does not mean every specialist is present continuously.
One week or two
An assessment-led week focuses on establishing a baseline, interpreting findings and prioritising next steps. The two-week format adds time to practise routines, observe responses and refine the transition home. A longer stay does not guarantee a larger biological change. Compare the two formats.
Mallorca and Zurich
Both locations offer the private residential model. Mallorca combines a villa setting with outdoor space; Zurich provides a Swiss medical and diagnostic context. The residence, actual clinicians, availability and logistics are confirmed for the individual programme. A yacht setting may be arranged in Mallorca subject to suitability, weather and practical arrangements.
Who the programme is for
The programme guide describes medically stable adults seeking assessment, prevention, restoration, resilience or sustainable performance. Active addiction, withdrawal, acute psychiatric illness or urgent medical problems require an appropriate treatment pathway. Healthspan care is not a substitute for emergency or specialist treatment.
