At a glance
A private retreat can mean exclusive use of a residence, private appointments inside a resort, or simply a secluded room. These are materially different experiences. Decide which spaces, people and parts of the schedule must be private before comparing prices.
Define privacy precisely
Ask whether the residence, pool, dining and transport are shared. Establish whether staff work solely with you during your stay or serve other guests too. Data privacy is a separate question: who can see records, what external clinicians receive and how communication with family is authorised.
Compare the delivery model
SENSES uses a one-client residential model in Mallorca and Zurich. Resort-based programmes may offer more facilities and optional social contact. Neither model is automatically better; the right choice depends on clinical scope, desired independence and the importance of a flexible daily rhythm.
Before you reserve
Request the proposed residence, support hours, named programme lead and arrangements for changes. A beautiful villa without clear programme ownership may leave you coordinating appointments yourself.
